About Me

I am a second-generation Asian American Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 3 years of clinical experience working with people of various ages and backgrounds. I specialize in working with BIPOC (particularly children of immigrants), LGBTQ+ folks, and survivors of complex trauma. I bring both lived experience and clinical training to the issues we work through.

I provide a warm and empathetic space where we can explore your emotions and experiences together. I prioritize being trauma-focused & anti-oppressive because I believe your diverse identities and values are at the center of how you experience the world, and I strive to create a space in which you feel seen and heard. Most importantly, my approach is collaborative and tailored to the specific needs of the client, recognizing that everyone is unique in their experience.

I will show up for you with curiosity, humor, and empathy and provide holistic, identity-affirming, client-centered services. Witnessing resilience and growth in each client is a privilege, and my goal is to empower you to define your path to self-discovery and acceptance.
