About Me

I am dedicated to having clients feel empowered and to identify their strengths with self-acceptance and the healing process.

I am an LMFT and specialize in using clinical Art Therapy in treatment for many issues such as anxiety, eating disorders and life transitions. Art Therapy is also useful for clients who have a difficult time expressing their emotions and trauma with words and prefer a more creative approach. I am CBT trained and focus in attachment and narrative therapy.

I have experience working with all ages, including children and teens. I work with all social emotional issues that children, teens and adults face within their transitions throughout life and I both enjoy, and strive, to assist them navigate to the change and resilience they want to see. I describe myself as authentic, transparent and direct.
